Huckabee's the biggest hypocrite of all of them.  Can you be a bigger hypocrite then lying about a Theology degree??  How does an ordained minister have such giant moral (labeled "ethical" in government) lapses?  He doesn't believe a word he ever preached.  If he did, he would have not been so dishonest/unethical/immoral (circle one) about the gifts he took, and under-the-table tobacco money, and the $$$4clemency deals, and the .............. 

But then lying about a degree in theology.  How does an ordained Christian minister lie about THAT of all things? (Lie about having started on your high school football team Mike, but not about having a theology degree for crying out loud!!) No wonder many non-Christians despise us.  Do as I say, not as I do.  See Mark 10:17-19, below; do you think the guy has a problem??  The Huckster has demonstrated that he has no moral compass--which he above all as a self-proclaimed "Christian Leader" should have. Huckster is a CINO—Christian In Name Only. 

If the hardcore evangelicals who love him so much somehow succeed in getting the Huckster elected President, they will deserve all the embarrassment and damage to evangelism they get. Slick Mike is the Republican equivalent of Slick Willie (last president without a moral compass). There must be something in the water in Hope, Ark.  I for one don't want to drink his flavor of "Jesus Juice," again.  Spare us another ex-governor from Hopeless, Arkansas.

 Rudy is not some altruistic, strict constructionist, constitutional purist as he claimed in one debate. He’s simply a money grubbing democrat in republican clothing. (RINO).

NYC owed the Federal government about the same amount that Clinton line item vetoed out of the federal budget for NYC. Rudy, being the immoral (ask all his ex-wives), money grubbing thug that he is, wouldn’t pay it. Clinton, when line iteming out the NYC amount declared that they were even. This was nothing but a war between to giant egos. With the American people as the clear losers.

If Rudy tries to explain this as his altruistic duty to challenge the LIV on constitutional grounds, he’s a dishonest liar (ask all his ex-wives about that character flaw, too). Constitutionality was the grounds on which he sued, but not the motive for taking the action. The motive was money, money, money.

I really see little difference between this issue and the press spilling the beans on the terrorist wiretapping and money tracing techniques used by Bush to try to keep Americans safe. The press spilled the beans on both programs just because they hated Bush and damn the consequences to the American people–if Americans die because the press went public, so what! At least they blew the whistle on W.

How myopic is Rudy? Very!!! Americans, including NYC residents, pay federal income tax. The issue is really a straight forward cost-benefit analysis. If all presidents had the LIV in their arsenals, could they have reduced the federal budget enough to offset the money Rudy got for them? I don’t have the data in my possession, but I believe that the analysis would not be hard to do. The answer has got to be that NYC residents have paid much more federal tax then the $400 million one time benefit Rudy sued Clinton for.

Further, if Rudy manages to become president he won't have the pork-busting LIV he will need to balance the budget. Brilliant Rudy--way to go! What other kind of short-sighted, ego-driven stunts will this clown pull to the detriment of the American people?

These are the kind of brainless things that democrats do. I don’t want a democrat for president, either Hillary or Rudy--there’s really no difference.

You don’t do something just because you can Rudy.  You need to think through the consequences first.

I am a CPA and deal with NPO's (Non-Profit Organizations) regularly. Almost all religions NPO's (churches) are granted non-profit status under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3), and the regulations thereunder. These provisions require extreme care to be taken by the qualified religious organization to stay out of political campaigns. Specifically, IRC Sec. 501(c)(3) states, in part, "and which does not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements), any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office."

This provision in the code appears to be, among other things, how Congress and the Treasury have interpreted Article VI of the US Constitution prohibiting a religious test of candidates for public office--as it applies to tax law. Otherwise qualified churches that violate this requirement are subject to retroactive revocation of their NPO status.

I hereby call upon the IRS to enforce the law and investigate and revoke NPO status of any qualified religions organization that may be in violation of this provision—including the church of any pastor participating in the Huckabee Renewal Project Conference.
